License Information

All licenses are perpetual and will allow you to use the software indefinitely.
Your license includes software maintenance for one year that entitles you to download all updates made to the software, and to receive technical support. After this one year period ends, you may choose to remain with the last version downloaded, or you may renewal software maintenance for another year.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses includes a free one-year software maintenance agreement that gives you:

  • Free minor and major upgrades (for example from v12.x to v13.x).
  • Highest priority for requested features, or other improvements to the software.
  • Highest priority for fixing reported problems and bugs.
  • Free technical support by e-mail.

Software maintenance may be renewed annually after the first free year. Software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.
If you do not renew the software maintenance your license will continue to work as normal, but you will not be able to install and use the latest updates.
